Simplicity was key.
We made sure the product was described as an almost no-brainer solution to potential customers.
We ideated a catchy tagline "What have you got that you can swap?" that prompts people into action.
We made sure all website content was conversion-driven, concise and clear.

My product is called the Swapping Chain and it is quite hard to explain to people what it is that we do. It is something that I have struggled with.
Since working with Priyanka I have been able to develop a positioning document that has defined who we are and what we do. From there I have gained clarity and been able to express the companies vision and goals through our new look website design.
Priyanka was wonderfully generous with her time and patience. Sometimes I can take my time to reach a decision but she was very giving and understanding.
